Studio App
An art-sharing app targeted at teens that want to participate in their local art community. The app’s design is inspired by the practice of absentmindedly doodling in the margins of a notebook at school; a commentary on how everyone has an artist within them. The colors are bright and bold, and the UI elements have impact and depth—both of which mirror the passion teens and young adults develop for art. The Studio app wants to nurture that passion, and become a platform for a new generation of art.
Animal Crossing Infographic
An infographic analyzing 100 villagers from Animal Crossing: New Leaf and Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Colors and patterns are carefully selected to emulate the design of the game, with elements such as the use of the games’ speech bubbles and nameplates used to convey information. Dark brown and beige are utilized in lieu of stark black and white to ensure that the infographic itself has a visual softness.
Fizzle Energy Drink
A cheeky energy drink that is marketed towards individuals experiencing severe burnout. A cheeky energy drink that is marketed towards individuals experiencing severe burnout. Inspired by the feeling of being overwhelmed but unable to do anything about it, bright colors scream in your face as the incoherent ramblings of a burnt-out creative fade into the back, adding texture to the can’s design. The copy on the can is vulgar and sarcastic as a way to make a connection with the customer, positioning the drink as a relatable solution to fizzling out.
